Use case
Team scheduling that shows the whole week
A schedule is only useful if the person reading it can see who is free, who is away, and what each booking actually involves. Enhance More puts all three in the same view.
Day, week and month, without changing tools
Switch between day, week and month views of the same calendar. The week view is where most scheduling happens — it is wide enough to see how work is distributed across the team and tight enough to spot the day that has quietly filled up.
Assignment is the point, not an afterthought
Every booking carries an assigned person and, where relevant, an office staff member as well. Filters let you narrow the calendar to one technician, one service type or one status, so a dispatcher checking one person's day is not reading around everybody else's.
Days off are part of the schedule
Time away is recorded as date ranges against the person, so leave is visible in the same place as the work. This is the single most common source of scheduling errors in small teams, and it is the one most tools treat as somebody else's problem.
Your stages, your colours
Job statuses are defined per organization, with names and colours you choose. A schedule where "awaiting parts" is a distinct colour tells a dispatcher something at a glance that a generic "pending" never will. Service types work the same way, each with its own colour and expected duration.
The schedule knows who the customer is
Bookings link to contact records, so the address, the phone number and the history are attached to the appointment rather than looked up separately. Contacts are searchable by name, company, tag or phone, and organization-defined fields let you store whatever your bookings actually depend on.
Changes reach people
Team chat sits in the same workspace, so a schedule change is discussed where the schedule lives. On iOS, push notifications cover jobs added, assigned or updated, plus a reminder when scheduled work has gone past its time without a status update — each of which an organization turns on or leaves off.
On whatever device is nearest
The same schedule is available in a browser and in the native iOS app, which opens where you left off and states clearly when it has lost connection. Sign in with email and password, with Apple, or with a passkey using the device's biometrics.
Questions
Common questions
How many people can be on the schedule?
An organization holds up to seven people in total at no cost, including the owner.
Can two people be assigned to one job?
A job carries an assigned technician and can also carry an office staff assignment, so the person doing the work and the person coordinating it are both recorded.
Does it prevent double-booking?
Recorded days off keep people from being scheduled while away, and the week view makes an overloaded day visible before it is promised to a customer.

Field service management
Enhance More gives a service team one place to book work, assign the person doing it, and see where every job stands — with the customer history attached to each visit rather than scattered across inboxes.
