Use case
Field service management, without the spreadsheet
Enhance More gives a service team one place to book work, assign the person doing it, and see where every job stands — with the customer history attached to each visit rather than scattered across inboxes.
Book the job against the person who does it
The service calendar is built around technicians, not around an abstract list of appointments. Each job carries an assigned technician, a service type, a scheduled time and a status, and the week view shows all of it at once so you can see who is loaded and who is free before you promise a customer a slot.
Service types are yours to define. A plumbing company and a window-cleaning company do not do the same work, so rather than shipping a fixed list, Enhance More lets an admin create the service types the organization actually sells, each with its own colour and duration. The same applies to statuses: you name the stages a job moves through and choose the colours that mark them, so the board reads the way your dispatcher already thinks.
Stop double-booking people who are away
Technician days off are recorded as date ranges, and the calendar knows about them. Someone on leave does not quietly receive a booking that nobody notices until the morning it was due. For a small team this is often the difference between a schedule that holds and one that has to be rebuilt by phone on a Monday.
Every visit attached to the customer it belongs to
Jobs link directly to contact records, so a customer's history is one click from the booking rather than reconstructed from memory. Contacts hold names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, tags and notes — and you can add your own fields when the standard ones do not capture what matters to your organization. An account code, a service plan, a gate code: define the field once and it appears on every contact and in search.
Each team member can also leave private notes on a contact. Those are visible only to the person who wrote them, which makes them useful for the observations that belong to a working relationship rather than to the company record.
Tell the team without chasing them
Real-time chat sits alongside the work, so a question about a job is answered next to the job. On iOS, push notifications land when a job is added, assigned to you or updated, and a reminder arrives when scheduled work has passed its time and still needs a status update — only if your organization switches those on.
See what the work earned
With financial tracking enabled, you can record sales revenue against completed work, one-time and recurring expenses, and per-technician commissions, then review the whole year in a twelve-month overview. Entries link back to the jobs that produced them, so a number on the progress page can be traced to the visit behind it. Visibility is configurable: all members, editors only, or admins only.
In the field, not just at the desk
Enhance More runs in any browser and as a native iOS app sharing the same workspace. The app opens where you left off, says so plainly when the connection drops rather than failing silently, offers Home Screen quick actions into the calendar and chat, and supports Sign in with Apple and passkeys so a technician is not typing a password on a phone in the rain.
Questions
Common questions
Do I have to use the field service features?
No. Almost everything in Enhance More is optional and configured per organization. A team that only wants the calendar and contacts can switch the rest off in Settings rather than working around it.
Can I define my own job statuses?
Yes. Status names and their colours are set per organization, as are service types and display names, so the board matches the workflow you already run rather than a fixed one.
How much does it cost for a small crew?
Nothing. An organization supports up to seven people in total at no cost, with no trial timer and no card required.
